Intake & Objectives: We determine who will be watching, what the viewer should be able to do afterward, and where the tutorial will be used (onboarding, support, training, release).
Script & flow structure: We arrange the steps in a logical sequence, write concise text, and determine where highlights or callouts are needed.
Storyboard / style frames: You can see in advance what the tutorial will look like: pacing, styling, icons, cursor movement, labels, and key moments.
Production (animation): We build the tutorial animation in modules. This is useful if you want to expand it later or make updates.
Delivery & versions: You will receive the master file and, if you wish, additional versions tailored for different channels (e.g., short clips for each feature).
